drop the mask. reclaim yourself.

Whoever you think you are, you are more than that.

The root of most patterns isn't a mindset problem. It's something older than that.

You overbook because empty space feels dangerous. You live for the next vacation and you're already planning the one after. You take the edge off when you get home because you've earned it.

You bio-hack and optimize and regulate because your body keeps sending signals you don't have time to fully hear.

You snap at the people you love most and hate yourself for it.

The new job, the new title, the new whatever gives you a temporary lift. But it lasts shorter and shorter now.

You're not falling apart. You're functioning at a very high level. And yet there's a hamster-wheel quality to all of it you can feel and can't quite name.

You've been carrying it for years. You've just kept upgrading the luggage so it looks better from the outside.

And the thought of slowing down enough to look at it? That's the most terrifying part. Because what if you stop and don't know who you are without all of it?

What if you didn't need to escape your life to feel alive in it?

You played the game.
You followed the script.

Here's the real cost of waiting.

Not dramatically. Not all at once. That's not how it happens for people like you.

What happens is quieter.

Another year of the full calendar. Another year of the optimized morning routine that keeps you functional but never quite full. Another year of the drink that takes the edge off and the vacation you're already planning because this one isn't quite doing it either.

Another year of being the most capable person in every room and the loneliest inside it.

Another year of the walk with the earbuds in. Because the walk without them — just you, just silence, just whatever's actually there — that's the one you keep not taking.

And here's what nobody tells you. It's not the noise that's the problem. It's what you've learned to use the noise for.

Because in the rare moments when everything goes quiet — no podcast, no plan, no one needing something from you — there's something underneath that's harder to name. Something that's been there a long time.

You've gotten very good at not letting it get that quiet.

But the years are moving faster now. And the version of you that's been waiting underneath all of it is still there. Still waiting.

The question is whether you're going to keep waiting.

When everything I built fell apart, I finally met myself.

I know this terrain because I've lived it. I'm still living it.

A few years ago, everything I had built my security on disappeared. Not gradually. In a single conversation.

I had given over two decades to a career that looked successful from the outside. And when it was gone, I did something I had never allowed myself to do before.

Nothing.

Not nothing as in falling apart. Nothing as in I made a deliberate choice to stop. To not immediately fix it, or replace it, or figure out what came next. To just let it be real.

That choice terrified me more than the loss did. Because when I stopped running, there was nowhere left to hide. The parts of myself I had been too busy to face were right there. Patient. Quiet. Unmovable.

It wasn't graceful. It wasn't fast. Some days it was just hard.

But I stepped out of the matrix. Deliberately. On my own terms. And what I found on the other side of all that noise and striving and performing was something I hadn't felt before.

Grounded. Whole. Calm. Secure in a way that didn't depend on anything outside of me.

I had been building an identity that wasn't fully congruent with who I actually was. I just hadn't stopped long enough to feel it.

This work isn't new to me. I've been walking toward it for well over a decade, including the years it took my own life apart before it put it back together. I became a Certified Integrative NLP Coach and Master Practitioner in NLP and MER® because I wanted to give people a way through what took me years to find. I also bring 25 years of experience in the corporate world — which means I understand the environment you've been operating in.

That's what's waiting on the other side. And I know it's there, because I'm living it.

Here's what actually changes.

Not in your strategy. Not in your mindset. Not in your morning routine.

In your body.

There's a moment in this work, and you'll know it when it comes, where something that has been held for a very long time finally lets go. Not because you figured it out. Not because you pushed through it. Because we went to where it actually lives and released it at the root.

The shoulders drop. The breath deepens. Something releases that you didn't know you were carrying.

That's not a metaphor. That's what happens when the unconscious mind releases what it's been protecting you from. When the weight you've been carrying finally lifts.

MER® is backed by clinical research. In a two-year study comparing standard Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alone to therapy combined with MER®, patients using MER® experienced relief in 37% fewer sessions — with zero relapses documented over the study period.

There's a difference between managing your life and actually living it.

Most of us get very good at managing. The routines, the distractions, the rewards at the end of a hard week. And they work. Up to a point. But managing keeps everything running. It doesn't change what's running underneath.

We go there. Together. And we release it.

Not manage it. Not reframe it. Not learn to live with it. Release it.

And then something unexpected happens. You don't think your way to it. You don't decide it or plan it or achieve it. You just experience yourself differently.

Lighter. Freer. More yourself than you've felt in years. Maybe ever.

Not because you added something new. Because you finally released what was never yours to carry for this long.

You may recognize yourself here. People I work with often:

  • Have built a life that looks successful on the outside but feels misaligned on the inside

  • Feel stuck in patterns they can't seem to shift, no matter how hard they try

  • Sense there's something deeper beneath the surface of what they're facing

  • Have tried other approaches and still feel something unresolved

  • Are curious about the connection between their emotional patterns and their overall wellbeing

  • Want to reconnect with who they are and build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside

  • Are navigating a health challenge that hasn't fully resolved despite doing everything right

We begin with one area of your life: career, relationship, physical health, family, personal growth, spirituality. Wherever the block is loudest. That's where we go deep.

Who This Work is For

“Carie's coaching guided me into true alignment and supported me in achieving my highest goals. The techniques helped me break free from old programming and rewrite my story. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs a real breakthrough."

— Becky, CEO & Founder

When you say yes to this work, something interesting happens.

Your mind will question it. Your calendar will suddenly fill up. The timing will feel slightly off. A reason to wait will appear from nowhere.

That's not a sign you're making a mistake.

That's your unconscious doing exactly what it's been doing your whole life — protecting the familiar. Keeping you safe inside the identity you've always known.

Notice it. And say yes anyway.

Because the moment you commit to yourself — financially, energetically, with your time and your presence — something shifts. Before the first session even begins.

The decision itself is the first act of becoming someone new.

Every path begins the same way: with a two-day Breakthrough Session.

From there, how we continue depends on the kind of support you're looking for.

This is where it begins.

3-MONTH INTEGRATIVE COACHING CONTAINER

This is the primary way we work together.

This is for people who want to do the deep root work and have ongoing support as the shifts take hold in real life.

We begin with a two-day Breakthrough Session to find and release what's running beneath the surface. Then we continue with ten coaching sessions over three months — integrating the changes, clarifying who you're becoming, and building from that foundation.

This container includes:

  • Pre-session discovery call

  • Two-day Breakthrough Session

  • 10 coaching calls (75 min each)

  • Integration support

  • Personalized tools and practices

6-MONTH INTEGRATIVE COACHING CONTAINER

For those ready to fully embody the shift, not just begin it.

This is where the work has room to take root. Three months opens the door. Six months is where it becomes who you are.

We begin with the same two-day Breakthrough Session to find and release what's running beneath the surface. Then we continue with twenty coaching sessions over six months — integrating the changes, clarifying who you're becoming, and building a life that reflects it.

This container includes:

  • Pre-session discovery call

  • Two-day Breakthrough Session

  • 20 coaching calls (75 min each)

  • Integration support

  • Personalized tools and practices

BREAKTHROUGH INTENSIVE

For those ready to address a specific pattern at the root.

This is a focused, immersive process — not ongoing coaching. It's designed for those who have existing support in place, or who are referred by a practitioner, coach, or health professional.

We go directly to what's been running beneath the surface, clear it, and give you the integration support to stabilize the shift.

This intensive includes:

  • Pre-session discovery call

  • Two-day Breakthrough Session

  • 2 integration calls

  • Personalized tools and practices

The shift is real. What happens next is yours to build.

Both paths begin with a complimentary discovery conversation.

Some people are ready to take it from there. Others want a guide alongside them as they build the new.

Either way, we'll find out together what's right for you.

You only live once is a lie. You live every day. Make them count.

If something in this resonated.

That flicker you just felt reading this. That quiet voice that said “this is me.”

Don't scroll past it.

You don't have to have it figured out. You don't have to know exactly what needs to change or how to say it. You just have to be willing to show up for one honest conversation.

I'll hold the rest.

Let’s Talk‍ ‍

Every path begins with a conversation.

  • Becky — Entrepreneur & CEO

"Carie has a true gift for facilitation and creating space for real transformation. I personally experienced a major breakthrough in a business area where other mentors had been unable to help me. Her work gets to what's actually beneath the surface — the patterns that have been running the show without you realizing it."

  • Julie — Entrepreneur, Coach & Visionary

"I came to Carie for a career-focused Breakthrough Session and the results went deeper than I expected. A long-standing reactive pattern simply no longer had the same pull — I had space, awareness, and choice instead. That shift confirmed the depth of her work, and I'm truly grateful."

  • Robin — SomaYoga Therapist

“Nine months later, I'm still watching the ripples of our sessions. It changed how I approach my work, how I hear my own inner voice, and how loosely I hold outcomes. Carie is unafraid to say exactly what needs to be said to create a shift and I trust her completely.”
