There's a version of this page that lists certifications and credentials. This isn't that page.
I spent 25 years in the professional world — most of it at Herman Miller, where I learned that doing things with depth, commitment, and care actually matters. In a world that now treats loyalty like a liability, I still believe that going deep and staying the course is one of the most underrated forms of integrity there is.
I was good at my work. I was also quietly carrying something I didn't have language for yet.
Years before my career ended, I had already lost what mattered most to me: a relationship, a home, a life I thought I was building.
When my career ended — not gradually, in a single conversation — it was the last thing holding me together. And when it went, I finally had no choice but to feel what had been there all along.
The losses didn't come out of nowhere. Looking back, I can see the thread that ran through all of it. Decisions made from fear. Worth that depended on what I was building. A voice I hadn't yet learned to trust. Nothing loud enough to name at the time. Just something quiet running underneath everything.
What I found underneath all the striving and performing wasn't emptiness. It was something I hadn't felt since before I learned to be so capable. Grounded. Whole. Calm. Secure in a way that didn't depend on anything outside of me.
That experience didn't just change my life. It changed what I believed was possible for people.
I became a Certified Integrative NLP Coach and Master Practitioner in NLP and MER® because I wanted to give people the fastest, deepest path through what took me years to find.
I'd done the talking. I understood my patterns intellectually. Understanding them didn't release them. What finally moved the needle was working at the level where they actually lived — not in my thinking mind or talking voice, but underneath it.
I also bring 25 years of experience inside high-performing professional environments. I know the world you've been operating in. I know what it costs. And I know what's possible on the other side of it.
About Carie Leigh
I believe we are more than our resumes. More than our titles, our output, our balance sheets. We are energetic beings having a human experience — and when we reconnect with that truth, really reconnect, everything changes.
My Approach
I've always been a seeker. A learner. Someone who loves a good rabbit hole and isn't afraid of where it leads. I'm committed to my own health, my own growth, my own ongoing unmasking — because I can only take people as far as I've been willing to go myself.
I show up for the people in my life with the same depth and commitment I bring to this work. That's not a credential. It's just who I am.
Working with me
Every path begins with a conversation. If something about this work — or about this page — resonated, that's worth paying attention to.
